Digital Marketing Services

Search ads, social, content and email run for enquiries rather than impressions, with your ad budget staying in your own account.

NUZM runs search advertising, social media, content and email for businesses that want enquiries rather than followers. You pay the advertising platforms directly from your own account, so every rupee of spend is visible to you and can be stopped by you. Our fee covers the work of running it.

What happens in the first month

Nothing is launched in week one. The first month is measurement and correction, because advertising into a site that does not convert is the fastest way to spend a budget with nothing to show for it.

  1. Find out what is already working. Where enquiries come from now, which pages people actually land on, and what they do next.
  2. Fix the tracking. A campaign cannot be judged if a form submission is not recorded. This is broken more often than not.
  3. Fix the destination. A landing page that loads slowly or asks for eleven fields will waste any budget pointed at it.
  4. Start small and read the result. One channel, a limited budget, and a decision made on numbers rather than on the first week's optimism.

What we run

Search advertising

Google Ads aimed at people already looking for what you sell. Campaigns are built around buying intent, not around whichever keyword has the largest volume.

Social media

Meta and LinkedIn, planned as a schedule you can see in advance. Posting is the easy half; the useful half is answering the people who reply.

Content

Articles written to answer the questions your customers actually ask, which is also what search engines and AI assistants now quote from.

Email

Sequences for people who enquired and did not buy. Usually the cheapest channel on this page, and usually the one nobody has set up.

Tracking and analytics

Conversion tracking that records an enquiry as an enquiry. Fixed first, before any budget is spent, because untracked spend cannot be judged.

Automated follow-up

Enquiries routed to the right person and chased automatically with n8n, so a lead does not go cold because somebody was on leave.

In-house, freelancer or agency?

An honest comparison, including the case where the answer is not us.

Best whenWeakness
In-house Marketing is continuous, the volume justifies a salary, and product knowledge matters more than channel breadth. One person rarely covers ads, content, design and analytics well. Holidays and resignations stop everything.
Freelancer You need one specific skill, you already know what to ask for, and the budget is small. Nobody is looking at the whole picture, and you carry the coordination yourself.
Agency You want several channels handled together and one person accountable for the result. Costs more than a freelancer, and a bad one bills for activity rather than outcome.

If your marketing is one channel and you know it well, a freelancer is usually better value than we are. Say so on the call and we will tell you the same thing.

What the monthly report says

What was done, what it cost, what changed in the numbers, and what is planned next. Rankings and impressions are context. The figures worth your attention are enquiries, calls, and sales, and which channel produced them.

Budget, reporting and expectations

Do your fees include the advertising budget?

No, and they are kept separate on purpose. You pay the platforms directly for ad spend, from your own account, so you can see every rupee that was spent and stop it yourself. The management fee is for the work of running the campaigns.

What do the monthly reports actually contain?

What was done, what it cost, what changed in the numbers, and what is planned next. Rankings and impressions are context, not the point. The figures worth reading are enquiries, calls, and sales, and where they came from.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical fixes such as speed, crawlability and structured data can change how a site is indexed within weeks. Ranking for a competitive commercial phrase takes months, because it depends on other sites referring to yours and that cannot be bought honestly at speed. Anyone promising a first-page position by a fixed date is either bidding on your brand name or selling you a report.

How is payment structured?

In stages tied to delivery, not to dates. A typical split is a deposit to begin, a payment when the build is ready for your review, and the balance at handover. Retainer work for marketing, SEO and support is billed monthly.
